Training Options

Most users need to be taught how to use software correctly and from this they become better users and more productive. Generally they also:

ACT! training is normally carried out at your office and is customised to suit both your database and business needs. There are 3 primary courses we conduct onsite

  • Basic - How to get up and running quickly
  • Power User - designed to maximise the power of how the database works for your business
  • Advanced - For those users who are taking a greater ownership of how the product works for your business
  • Administrator - Covers setup, configuration and user changes

While many may feel they can master this step quite easily it is surprising how much even experienced users gain from an experienced trainers knowledge, even just learning some new shortcuts.
